Part III View Report

In Part II the Workstation Risk Assessment, where the answer is "No", follow-up actions will be needed to reduce the risks. Any follow-up action to be taken should be recorded in Part B of the assessment. On completion of the assessment, the person making the assessment should sign and record the date of assessment on the assessment record. It is also recommended that a copy of the completed risk assessment be provided to users concerned for reference.
